The NUX-TRADE Whitepaper

Add funds from the Top-Up section. You can deposit USDT (TRC20, BEP20, Polygon, Solana) or BTC. Funds arrive in your Spot wallet after network confirmation.

You have 3 wallets and you decide how to move money between them: • Spot: where deposits arrive. Used to buy contracts and to transfer to other wallets. • Trade: the balance used for signal operations (each signal consumes from here). • Withdrawal: the only wallet from which you can request withdrawals.

Use Transfer to move funds: Spot → Trade to operate signals, Spot → Withdrawal to cash out profits, or Trade → Withdrawal to lock in gains.

Signals are timed market calls. To use them you need balance in your Trade wallet and an active membership.

When a signal becomes active you'll see the notification "THE SIGNAL IS ACTIVE"; open the signal screen, choose your stake and confirm before the window closes.

Contracts are fixed-term investment plans you buy from the Contracts page. Each contract has its own duration and return; profit is credited automatically to your Spot wallet when it matures, and you get a notification.

Licenses unlock more from the platform: • Standard — 1 withdrawal/day. • Premium — 2 withdrawals/day, instant withdrawals. • Diamond — 3 withdrawals/day, instant withdrawals, plus access to the Premium Signal.

Premium Signal: an extra daily signal from top-rated traders (avg rate ~67%), reserved for Diamond holders. It runs in parallel to your basic signals and stacks on top of your daily yield.

Withdrawals are always requested from the Withdrawal wallet. If your profits are in Spot or Trade, first use Transfer to move them.

Steps: 1. Go to Withdraw. 2. Choose network and paste your wallet address. 3. Enter the amount and confirm.

You'll receive a notification when the request is submitted and another one when it's processed with the on-chain transaction hash. Always double-check the network — funds sent to the wrong network can be lost.

Share your personal Trader Code or registration link from your Dashboard. Everyone who signs up with your link becomes part of your team (up to 8 levels deep).

You earn in three ways:

1) Direct commission — paid in real time the moment one of your team members buys or upgrades a contract. Credited automatically to your Spot wallet. • Level 1 (direct invitees) — 3% of every contract they buy. • Level 2 — 2% of every contract their invitees buy. • Levels 3–8 — 0% (direct commission stops here). Example: a direct invitee buys a 1,000 USDT contract → you receive 30 USDT instantly.

2) Residual bonus — a percentage of the SIGNAL EARNINGS your team generates every time they operate a signal. Credited in real time to your Spot wallet. • Level 1 — 10% • Level 2 — 8% • Level 3 — 6% • Level 4 — 4% • Level 5 — 3% • Level 6 — 2% • Level 7 — 1% • Level 8 — 0.5% Example: a Level 3 member earns 100 USDT from a signal → you receive 6 USDT.

3) Weekly salary — based on how many of your DIRECT invitees stay active during the week (see next step).

The more active members you bring in and the deeper your team grows, the bigger your passive income.

Every week the platform pays a fixed salary based on the number of ACTIVE direct invitees you have during the cycle.

Cycle: starts Monday and closes Sunday (Moldova time). It resets automatically every week.

Ranks (active direct invitees required → weekly payout): • Student — 3 active members → 10 USDT • Trader Jr — 6 active members → 25 USDT • Trader Top — 10 active members → 50 USDT • Legend — 20 active members → 100 USDT • Director — 50 active members → 200 USDT • President — 100 active members → 500 USDT

An invitee counts as active if they hold a live contract or operate signals during the cycle. Your salary is credited automatically to your Spot wallet at cycle close, and you receive an email + in-app notification.

The Subscription Bot lets you activate premium copy-signals directly in Telegram. When the bot fires, the trader is rotated automatically so every member gets a fresh entry, and you receive the trade setup with entry, direction and timer.

Your potential daily return depends on which signals you have unlocked, your license and your team progress.

IMPORTANT: every signal trades only 1% of the stake you assign to it per entry. So a 100% rate does NOT mean +100% of your capital — it means +1%. To convert a signal's rate into actual daily % of stake, divide by 100.

Formula (per signal): Daily % of stake ≈ Avg rate / 100

Every signal is unique. It fires once per day with its own average win rate. There is no "double entry" and no stacking inside the same signal — Signals 1, 2, 3 and 4 are four separate signals, not pairs.

Basic signals (Signal 1, 2, 3, 4) — each one independent, avg rate ~58% → ~0.58% of stake/day per unlocked signal. Unlock requirements (an "active" invitee = a team member with funds in their Trading Account): • Signal 1 & 2 — open by default for everyone. • Signal 3 — ≥ 10 active direct invitees (L1). • Signal 4 — ≥ 25 active L1 AND ≥ 10 active L2. With all 4 basics unlocked the basic stack tops out around ~2.3% of stake/day.

Extra signal — 1/day, avg rate ~27% → ~0.27% of stake/day.

Subscription bot signal — fires through Telegram and is RANDOM: some days it triggers once, other days not at all (NOT guaranteed). When it fires, avg rate ~24% → ~0.24% of stake that day.

Premium signal — exclusive to Diamond license. 1 additional signal/day, avg rate ~53% → ~0.53% of stake/day, added on top of the basics.

Full Diamond stack (4 basics + extra + premium + bot when it fires) ≈ 2.3 + 0.27 + 0.53 + 0.24 ≈ 3.3% of stake/day. The combined daily return never reaches 4% — anyone promising more is lying.

These are theoretical maximums assuming you win every entry at the average rate. Real results vary with market conditions, the stake you assign to each signal and how many entries actually win.

NUX is the platform's internal utility token. Use it to participate in the project ecosystem.

What you can do on the NUX page: • Buy NUX with USDT from your contract wallet. • Sell NUX back to USDT at the live price. • Swap instantly — 15% of the swap is burned as an internal fee (simulated burn).

Market: the price reacts to real buy/sell volume from users — buys push it up, sells push it down. A live candlestick chart shows the movement.

Tracker: every buy, sell, swap and burn appears in the public activity table so the whole community can follow the flow.

U2U Market is the peer-to-peer NUX trading desk inside the platform. Any holder can list NUX at a custom price within ±30% of the live internal price, and any user with the required license can take that offer.

How it works: • You publish an offer (sell or buy) with your own price. • Your NUX or USDT is locked while the offer is open. • When another user accepts, the trade is closed instantly and both sides settle. • Every closed U2U trade is recorded as a separate movement (u2u_buy / u2u_sell) and also feeds the NUX chart as a dashed line next to the internal price.

Rules to keep the market healthy: • Max 5 active offers per user, only one offer per published listing. • Accepting an offer locks the counter-balance for 24h. If the maker doesn't confirm, balance is released and the offer is cancelled (no ghost trades). • Cancelling your own offer requires a 3h cooldown before posting a new one.

Why this matters: U2U lets the community discover real demand for NUX beyond the internal curve. Strong organic P2P volume feeds the chart, attracts external attention, and makes the project's internal growth visible outside — exponentially compounding the network effect.
